Breakthrough Listen Searches for Alien Beacons at the Center of the Milky Way

Introduction:

The search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) has been going on for decades, but so far, no definitive evidence of alien life has been found. However, a new project called Breakthrough Listen is using some of the world's most powerful telescopes to search for alien beacons at the center of the Milky Way galaxy.
